Competition sessions refer to a specific time slot during which an individual sporting event or a group of events takes place at a particular venue.
In a single day, there can be multiple sessions of the same sport with different stages of the competition. To attend each session, a separate ticket is required.

You need to register on Punto Ticket. The payment holder must also be the account holder on Punto Ticket. It's important that you bring a valid identification document (Passport or ID) to the venues, as it is required for entry validation.

For the Pan American and Parapan American Games Santiago 2023, there will be a benefit of free entry for all available sporting competitions and their opening and closing ceremonies.

All individuals over 60 years old and under 18 years old, who hold a valid Chilean ID card, will be able to access this benefit.

All minors can acquire free tickets through the Punto Ticket system. Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter the competitions. Each child under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at the sports venues.

When purchasing a "Wheelchair" ticket, you will be able to bring one companion. The cost of both tickets will correspond to a single ticket.

Each user can purchase a maximum of four tickets for the same sports session. As for free tickets, a maximum of two tickets can be acquired for each session.

The tickets for Santiago 2023 will be personalized. This means that the tickets must be registered with a name and valid identification document number, both for individuals with Chilean nationality and foreigners.

All types of tickets can be renamed once.
