festivales internacionales. La cinta está dirigida por el aclamado director nacional Gustavo Letelier. La historia está ambientada en Quintay, costa central de Chile en el 2008, y se basa en la famosa obra del dramaturgo clásico August Strindberg.
La película muestra el drama de una familia disfuncional de clase media, agobiada por el encierro y el desamor. Es una historia de suspenso acerca de la vida de Lucía, una madre y esposa llevada al límite de su obsesión por sentirse joven y deseada, sin importar a quienes destruye en su camino. A sus sesenta años, por su desenfreno, destruye el afecto de sus hijos Rebeca y Antonio, y también arrastra a la perdición a su esposo Silverio. De paso, se involucra en un amorío secreto con su yerno, el codicioso e inescrupuloso Octavio, casado recientemente con Rebeca.
La película es protagonizada por la premiada e icónica actriz chilena SILVIA NOVAK, con un reparto que incluye al premiado actor MARIO OLIVARES, a los destacados actores BENJAMÍN GORROÑO, PAULA EDWARDS, VICTORIA SEPÚLVEDA y RICARDO HERRERA, primer actor chileno premiado en Bollywood.

A suspense story of alienation in a middle class family, harased by the lack of love of a greedy mother and wife - Lucia - who will do anything to feel young and attractive again. No matter if she destroys the life of her son Antonio, daughter Rebeca and husband Silverio. Lucia even seduces her own ambicious son-in-law Octavio, with whom she has a secret dark love affair.
The film casts acclaimed Chilean talent, including Best Actress Award SILVIA NOVAK, Best Acting Debut Award MARIO OLIVARES, and prestigious actors BENJAMÍN GORROÑO, PAULA EDWARDS, VICTORIA SEPÚLVEDA y Bollywood Award Winner RICARDO HERRERA
